Job Description

Account Manager - Bilingual in Korean

Pay: $28 - $30 an hr

Duration: 1 year, Contract, W-2

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Description:

· Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, accounting, and legal.

· Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contracts.

· Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.

· Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra company contracts.

· Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

· Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.

· Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, and tracking and renewal.

· Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Cloud Platform.

· Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS.

· Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in related field/s desired.

· Proficient in ICT systems, cloud platforms, and digital collaboration tools

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Core Strengths: Cross-cultural communication, client relationship management, legal documentation, attention to detail, time management, and strategic problem-solving
